always good news

A dear college friend is visiting Connecticut this week for a teaching course at a local boarding school. We met up for dinner at the always delightful Good News Cafe in Woodbury, CT. In this photograph you'll see the most important course, dessert.

Megan has the trilogy tasting: basil raspberry cake lavender panna cotta passion fruit vol au vent and I ordered the peach tart a la mode with caramel sauce.
